A simple formula to use for writing stories of WHO?, WHAT? and WHY NOT? can be applied to any genre, whether it be an action story, adventure, fantasy, or fairytale.
Similarly, the acronym S.C.O.O.P is another useful strategy to use in the planning stage as the children begin to think about their story and map them out before writing.
