Brain Anatomy
Helping children to understand the basic anatomy of the brain and the respective functions of different parts, gives them an understanding of what is happened when the feel, think and react in different ways. This understanding supports them as they learn to use their brain more effectively and grown in their control of their emotions and responses.
The Brain Break
The Brain Break helps children develop attention and self-regulation. Practiced twice a day, this focused breathing exercise gives children a tool to help them manage stress and emotions by regulating their physiology and activating the attentional regions of the brain.
