School Improvement Plan

Our approach to school improvement planning is analytical and specific. We identify the key areas for improvement and then consider which one of them will have the most significant impact for the children. This area becomes the focus for a period of time, and all energies and efforts from every single member of the team are directed towards driving its improvement.

Of course, other things are improving and developing too which are also to the school's benefit, but the plan has a single focus and this ensures everyone is clear about where their energy needs to be directed and everyone is working for the same goal. This clarity and unity enables us to drive rapid improvement and see real impact in a short space of time.
