For Ofsted

Dear Inspection Team,

 

We are aware that we are due an inspection and are in the inspection window currently. We are looking forward to sharing the wonderful things we do and enjoying a professional dialogue about where and how we can do even better. 

 

Between 1st March and 4th April, we have some considerable staffing challenges, as we have key members of staff who have, completely by chance, had dates for operations come up and coincide with one another. This means that the following staff are unavailable throughout this period:

 

- English Leader

- Pupil Premium Leader

- History Leader

- Geography Leader

- Transition Leader

- Year 1 teacher

- Year 6 teacher

 

Obviously, this is going to place considerable pressure on the school and the remaining staff team. If an inspection were planned for this period and it were possible to defer to a date outside this window, we would be enormously grateful for the consideration shown to the stress staff will be under and we would be pleased to be able to show ourselves in our normal working capacity.
